Talk to a Solicitor in Upper Mount Gravatt

For over 40 years, Campbells Legal has helped Queenslanders with the legal side of buying a home, running a business, planning an estate and moving on after separation. Our principal Peter Campbell is joined by solicitors Mary and Madelaine Campbell — so when you call, you speak to the person handling your matter, not a call centre.

Whether you already know what you need or you're not yet sure whether you need a solicitor at all, we're happy to have a straightforward conversation about it first. Call us on (07) 3849 3066, email solicitors@campbellslegal.com.au, or send the form below and we'll get back to you the same business day wherever possible.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We prefer appointments so you get proper time with a solicitor, but you're welcome to call or drop in during office hours and we'll find a time that suits.

Yes. We'll talk through your situation and tell you whether you need a solicitor and what it's likely to involve, at no charge. If we do take the matter on, you'll get a written costs agreement before any work starts.

It depends on what's involved, but you'll always get a written costs agreement before we start work. For straightforward conveyancing and simple wills we can usually quote a fixed fee up front.

Our office is in Upper Mount Gravatt and we regularly act for clients across Mount Gravatt, Mansfield, Wishart, Holland Park, Eight Mile Plains, Rochedale, Sunnybank and the wider Brisbane south side — as well as clients throughout Queensland by phone, email and video.

Yes. We can take instructions by phone, email or video call, and we can arrange for documents to be signed and witnessed remotely where the law allows it. Some matters — particularly certain wills and enduring powers of attorney — still need to be signed in person, and we'll tell you up front if yours is one of them.

Yes. Conveyancing, wills and estate matters can be handled remotely for clients anywhere in Queensland.

You'll deal directly with one of our solicitors — Peter, Mary or Madelaine — not a paralegal or a case manager. Campbells Legal is a family practice, and many of our clients have worked with the same solicitor here for decades.

Bring whatever you already have — a contract, a letter, a will, a court document, or just your notes. Photo ID is helpful, since we're required to verify your identity for most property and estate matters. If you're not sure what's relevant, bring it anyway and we'll sort through it with you.

We'd love to act for you
